Assess/Review How have you been operating during this global crisis? For many, the discovery of emergency operating for getting content created, managed, activated, and measured quickly have created new lessons of what the future can look like. Do we really understand the balance of the content we are finding ourselves quickly creating? The main question really is 'have we learned new ways of operating during the crisis that can help us develop more flexible, proactive not reactive processes, and technologies'? 'What is the new norm for our company and how can we progress'? Research/Learn Is your planning for your customer journeys still valid and up to date? Do you still understand your different audience needs in a post-COVID world now that the world has totally changed? Now is the time to re-engage and ensure that your content isn’t totally out of whack with all the change that's happened in the blink of an eye. Rethink Ask yourself if now is the time to build team goals, reengage with your content marketing and management strategies. Communicate to the business what is the purpose of every content channel, do not be reactivate but proactive. In this crisis, your website, social channels, email newsletter, blog and other channels may have organically become far more focused and driven. Record what has worked for you during this time and more importantly, what has not. Re-access, re-evaluate, and re-engage what you want to start, change, and stop doing in the new 'normal' that is coming.
